Return policy

At PREMIUM CONSULTING FLAMINGO BOX, we are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction at every stage of their purchasing experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with our simple and transparent returns policy.

General Return Conditions:

Return period: Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, the carton must be unopened, unused and in the original closed packaging with all labels attached.

Products excluded from the return policy: All open packages

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by contact.flamingo.box@gmail.com. You will need to provide the order number you wish to return. Our team will then provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions for the returns process. Please note that returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Return costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.

Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund within 8 business days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase, unless otherwise indicated by the customer.

If the item does not correspond to what was sent, the company gives the right not to refund the item (example in terms of weight or content of the box)

Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges
